Below is a sample application form used by all three of our properties. An application will be given to you when you visit our property or can be faxed to you later. Applications may be mailed or returned in person and must include a $50 non-refundable application fee. A complete credit check will be run on all applicants and employment and rental history will be verified.

Applicant represents that all of the above information is true and complete and hereby authorizes verification of the above information, references and credit records. Applicant acknowledges that false information contained herein may constitute grounds for ejection of the application, termination of right of occupancy and forfeiture of the security deposit.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AGREEMENT

Applicant hereby agrees to deposit a $200.00 Security Deposit within seven (7) days after being notified that the application has been approved in consideration for owners taking the dwelling unit off the market. If applicant then fails to enter into the contemplated lease agreement within fourteen (14) days after notice of such approval, this security deposit will be forfeited to the Owner unless otherwise specified in writing by Owner or the Agent for the Owner. This application is preliminary only and does not obligate the Owner to execute a lease or deliver possession of the dwelling unit.
